Beach box provided in season on the Jefferson Street beach to store your beach gear during your stay. Four seasonable beach tags also provided.

Our completely renovated condo is located in a quiet part of Cape May and is an easy walk to the ocean, harbor and downtown. There is no need to pack your beach stuff each day. Our home includes a locked storage unit right on the Jefferson St. beach! Four seasonal beach tags are available for your use.
With 3 bedrooms (one Master suite with TV), 2 1/2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for the entire family! The main living floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for two, a family room, dining room (seating for 6), one bedroom with full size bed and 1/2 bath. The top floor consists of the Master Suite with queen bed, the third bedroom with three twin beds and two full baths with tub/shower combination.
Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy dining on the deck overlooking the pool and the afternoon shade.
Two adult bikes, WiFi, washer/dryer and end of week cleaning service. Plenty of parking is available with two spaces provided. Great place for a relaxing or busy week at the beach, whatever you choose with family or friends.
Sheets and towels to be provided by the tenant. Blankets and pillows are provided, however we recommend tenants bring their own due to COVID-19.
No pets! No Smoking! No exceptions!
Must be 25 years old or older to reserve.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during prime season. One week rentals only during prime season.
Two day minimum offseason.
**Reservation is not finalized until signed lease agreement and photo ID are received by owner and checks clear.
The security deposit is refunded to you within thirty (30) days after your rental or as soon as we or our housekeeper have been to the house and it is determined that no damage has been made to the property, inside or out and nothing is missing from the property.
In the event the Tenant wishes to cancel the lease, the request must be in writing to us. The lease will be terminated only after another Tenant is secured for the rental period and rental amount or permission is otherwise granted. A fee of 25% of the total rental price for the same time period and rental amount shall be deducted as a rental fee before it is returned. If any rent is unpaid or not paid on time, or if default shall be made in any of the terms and conditions of the lease, the lease shall be terminated and if premises is occupied, must be vacated immediately with no refund.
